Key Definitions

Let’s break down some terms to make sure we’re on the same page:

• Affiliate: The individual or business promoting Vave is an affiliate.
• Affiliate Account: Once we approve your application, your personal account will be created.
• Affiliate Agreement: This document and any commission structures or guidelines we provide.
• Affiliate Links: Special links you use to direct traffic from your platforms to our websites.
• Affiliate Program: Our partnership—you promote Vave, and we pay you commissions based on the traffic and customers you bring in.
• Company: That’s us—TechOptions Group B.V. and our related entities.
• Commission: Your earnings could be a percentage of Net Gaming Revenue or a fixed amount per new customer, depending on the structure.
• Confidential Information: Sensitive details about our business, like financial data, strategies, or customer information.

What We Expect from You?

As an affiliate, here’s what you must do:

1. Promote our brand using the Affiliate Links and other tools we provide.
2. Keep your platforms free of offensive or illegal content and maintain the regulatory standards.
3. Obey all laws and regulations, especially around data protection and advertising.
4. Avoid generating traffic through fraud or misleading the customers.
5. Use our branding materials properly and sidestep anything damaging our brand’s reputation.

Your Rights as an Affiliate

We want you to succeed, so we grant you a non-transferable license to use our intellectual property strictly to promote Vave. You can advertise our services on your website and earn commissions based on traffic.

You also have the right to:

• Receive payments according to the agreed commission models.
• Use tracking tools to check your progress and earnings.

Our Commitments to You

We’re here to support you. Our obligations include:

1. Providing the tools and resources you need to grow.
2. Keeping the Affiliate Program running smoothly.
3. Paying you on time.
4. Maintaining high standards on our websites and addressing any issues that occur.

What Happens If Things Go Wrong?

If there’s a problem, we reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend your participation to investigate suspected breaches.
• Hold back payments related to any activity that violates our agreement.
• End our partnership if necessary.

Commissions and Payments

At Vave, you earn monthly commissions based on your traffic. We calculate this commission as a Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) percentage. This percentage might change occasionally, but it is paid by the 20th of the following month. You need to accumulate at least $100 in commissions for that month to earn a payout.

Other Calculation Terms

Your commission depends on traffic and campaign type. With the CPA Plan, you earn a one-time payout per qualified new customer. Fraud or bonus abuse won’t count.

High Roller Policy

If a customer’s net loss exceeds $10,000 monthly, they’re a High Roller. Any $2,000+ negative revenue from them rolls over and is deducted from future earnings.

Confidential Information

You are responsible for keeping our confidential information secure. This includes business plans, financial data, and anything not publicly known. Sharing this data without our approval could result in the cessation of the Affiliate Agreement.

How Long Does This Agreement Last?

The agreement begins upon approval and lasts until either party ends it, requiring 30 days’ notice or immediate termination for breaches. If terminated, you must remove our materials and discontinue using our intellectual property.

We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service and aren’t liable for issues. You’ll indemnify us for any breaches. This agreement doesn’t create a partnership or job. Terms may change, and staying on means you accept them.
